How to prepare for your Breathwork online session
If you have booked through Eversports -please note the zoom link will be sent to you 15 mins before the class begins.
The zoom link is not sent by email, but you will find them in your Eversports profile, in the "Bookings" tab, 15 minutes before the start of the class.
PRE-SESSION REMINDER
Please do not eat a large meal before the breathwork; a small snack is okay.
Arrive 5 minutes before if possible, or on time.
Read through the contraindications below.
You will need:
A laptop/iPad/mobile phone to connect to the Zoom room
A good internet connection
Headphones
A quiet place where you won’t be disturbed
A yoga mat or a sofa to lie on, pillow and blankets (get comfortable)
Eye mask or fabric to cover your eyes (optional but recommended)

Contraindications
If you suffer from the following please let me know beforehand or at the start of the class.
Severe/critical illnesses or infections - COPD-II and COPD-III
End-stage organ failure or disease
Pregnancy
Uncontrolled blood pressure (blood pressure that rises and falls irregularly or even randomly)
Cancer (exception: your doctor gives you express permission)
If you have epilepsy, a pacemaker or an irregular heartbeat (unless your doctor gives you express permission)
If you have this, please do not do breath-holding breathing, only rhythmic breathing. Don’t worry, all will be explained during the class.
Is this your first time using Zoom?
Please take some time before the session to download Zoom to your computer or phone. It is free of charge.
