A Health Coach acts as your partner, by co-creating and exploring your lifestyle and health challenges, questions, and compassionately inquires what’s going on underneath the layers.
Although a health coach is an agent of change, she is not one to cure, treat or diagnose health issues. Health coaches aid in creating sustainable lifestyle modifications and ensure their clients are held responsible for their actions.
WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?
Hypnosis is a natural state which we experience daily while watching a movie, taking our regular daily route to work or as we transition from waking to a sleeping state.
In therapy, we use hypnosis as a state that allows us to access the subconscious mind and shift undesired patterns and programs into ones that will empower the client to live their best life ever.
Many of our present life limitations are due to subconscious programs that we learned in childhood. For positive change to occur, we need to shift those old programs into new ones that serve our real potential.
