In this section, we will use techniques to revive a dormant pathway - the mind-body connection.
Here, you will learn what embodiment is, what messages your body has been trying to tell you, how to read them and most of all, how to listen.

Everyone has pain points when it comes to fully and completely loving ourselves.
Here we will explore what emotions has been lost in translation, locked up and needs to be released.
We will work closely together through reflection, journaling and breathwork to help identify and overcome your triggers.

Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness training, breath work and techniques to build stress resilience.
Here, we’ll get curious! We’ll revive our curiosity with food and nutrition, rituals, fitness, productivity hacks and techniques to prevent burnout and chronic stress..

What changes did you experienced after working with me (physical, mental, emotional or spiritual)?
I felt more connected to my goals, having verbalized them to someone willing to hold me accountable. Saying them out loud and having her check in with me every week made them feel more realistic for my short term future. She systematically examined the areas in my life I was struggling with, and helped me to communicate what I needed from her as a coach. She was always sending me helpful exercises and articles relevant to each week’s discussion that helped me evolve and self reflect.
What did you hope to get from coaching with me? Were your expectations met?
My intention was to go with the flow and be open to learning all I could from while being held accountable. I was so impressed by her warm, calming, consistent energy - week after week. She is someone who has answered her calling, and she exceeded my expectations in giving me the greatest coaching I didn’t know how badly I needed.
What new strengths can you see you have developed from the experience?
I feel stronger now than I did when we started - articulating my goals was important, as I regained motivation. I have been eating healthier and taking better care of my body. She helped me understand the emotional connection between my chronic physical pain.... something new for me this year, and the emotional symbolism of neck and shoulder pain and how it was tied to my Covid anxiety and my journey through this pandemic. She also helped me break the ice on a new project that I had been putting off, by getting me to pitch for the first time in years - something I really need a push with. I now feel like I’ve rehoned some old skills I had buried awhile back.
